About the Role: Education Evangelist

As an Education Evangelist at Adobe, you'll be the critical liaison between our company and the global education community. Your primary focus will be on K-12 educators, trainers, and administrators, at the school, district, and state level. You'll help tell the creativity story to educators and influencers, mentor educators and districts, and advocate for students and teachers. This is a high-profile position that offers the chance to advance K-12 education innovation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Vision: Focus on creativity in the K-12 classroom, helping to improve education outcomes and shape students' future success
  • Teach & Inspire: Help educators understand the role of creativity in the classroom and get the most out of Adobe Express
  • Mentor: Empower the Adobe Creative Educator (ACE) community with the tools and strategy to reach, teach, and inspire others
  • Present: Expect lots of presentation opportunities, including conferences, PD sessions, classroom visits, EDU meetups, online chats, webinars, blog posts, live-streams, and more
  • Influence Product Direction: Provide critical input as teams plan and build creative products that students and educators need
  • Coordinate & Report: Manage multiple projects, balance field work and logistical tasks, and meet tight deadlines through backwards planning and consistent execution

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • BA or BS Degree: Required, with completion of a K-12 Teacher Certification Program
  • 6+ Years of Experience: In a K-12 educational technology position, with real-world classroom experience
  • Organized Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple projects, balance field work and logistical tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Engaging, Enthusiastic, Passionate: Credible educator with knowledge of Adobe's creative tools and services, and experience with creativity and creative tools in the classroom
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills: Ability to present on stage at conferences, in-school sessions, and occasionally teach kids
  • Ability to Travel: 25-50% of the time, with a willingness to be visible and engaged online

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: In an educational technology-related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creativity Tools: In the classroom, with a deep passion for the education space and a commitment to #CreativityforAll

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and stock options. We also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
