Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
  • Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles
  • Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
  • Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
  • Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
  • Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
  • Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams
  • Experience with authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
