Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Growth Representative to join our team in various locations, including San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Banning, and surrounding areas. As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and utilizing point-of-sale materials to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized and aligned store displays, managing inventory levels, and supporting the retail sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth and Promotion Execution: Sell and execute promotions to drive sales growth, secure placement of equipment, and utilize point-of-sale materials to enhance product visibility.
  • Inventory Management and Display Maintenance: Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, ensuring they are aligned and labels are facing outward. Rotate products to ensure stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system.
  • Backroom Organization: Maintain organized backrooms by consolidating and organizing back stock each day.
  • Retail Sales Support: Support the retail sales team by conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the sales team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and travel to various retail locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Beverage Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the beverage industry, including products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
