About the Role

We're looking for a talented Digital Customer Success Specialist to manage a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring seamless post-sales experiences and fostering long-term relationships. This role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and adaptability across multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all post-sales activity for scaled customers, including touchpoints that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and rapid customer rapport building.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product and make informed recommendations on how customers can leverage it to accelerate their business objectives.
• Interact with customers through various channels, including office hours, webinars, and other mediums.
• Proactively identify and flag churn risk, collaborating with account team members to mitigate customer risk.
• Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants to provide effective customer engagements.
• Analyze customer data to suggest engagement strategies within your customer portfolio.
• Execute proactive customer campaigns to engage customers on discrete topics, such as awareness of new product capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Technical Skills: Experience with and basic proficiency in front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, Next.js.
• Customer Experience: At least one year of customer-facing experience in a high-growth SaaS industry (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Significant comfort interacting with a high volume of customers over various mediums (phone, email, webinars).
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate through ambiguity and contribute to the ongoing development of our digital customer success segment.
• Personal Qualities: Outstanding initiative, positive attitude, strong communication and writing skills, and a strong collaboration mindset.
• Work Style: Comfortable with asynchronous work and flexible time management.

• Devised and implemented growth and activation strategies.
• Transitioned your career from software development to customer success.
• Graduated from a bootcamp or computer science/web development program and are looking for a developer-adjacent role.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 OTE, depending on job-related skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
