Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Retail Sales Specialist at Floor & Decor, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a strong foundation in basic mathematical concepts, and be able to apply mathematical skills in a retail environment
• Have previous experience in serving customers, and be able to provide exceptional customer service skills
• Be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and excelling under stressful situations
• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects weighing up to 60 pounds occasionally, or 20-30 pounds frequently
