About the Role: Patient Sales and Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our Patient Service and Sales team. As a Patient Sales and Service Representative, you will play a critical role in communicating directly with patients over the phone to process a high volume of prescription orders each day. Your primary objective will be to ensure that patients receive their customized medication prescriptions promptly while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to patients daily to educate them on our customized compound medications and process orders
• Answer incoming phone calls from patients to address questions, concerns, and process medication orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Verify patient information, including demographics, health history, current medications, and allergies, to ensure accuracy and completeness in our computer software
• Educate patients on the process for customized compound medications, payment options, insurance, shipping, and medication usage
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional sinus treatment products to patients based on their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other team members, including customer service representatives, pharmacists, and management, to provide accurate information and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Respond to patient questions knowledgeably and efficiently, referring to the correct department when necessary
• Leverage call scripting, training resources, and operational processes to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Project a positive attitude and enhance every patient's experience with Advanced Rx
• Work remotely from your home office while maintaining accountability to performance and activity metrics

About You: The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working directly with customers in a transactional sales, customer support, or success capacity. You should be comfortable reaching out to customers proactively while also handling inbound requests and inquiries daily. A proven track record of reaching performance metrics for customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and conversion rates is essential. You should also have experience meeting daily/weekly call activity metrics to increase opportunities and optimize connection rates.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with customers in a transactional sales, customer support, or success capacity
• Proven track record of reaching performance metrics for customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and conversion rates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to navigate multiple web-based platforms efficiently, including Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, shared drives, and email
• Service-oriented with a willingness to assist teammates and customers in all situations
• Ability to work with all types of people to achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment
• Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmacy industry
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits

At Advanced Rx, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $19-21/hour, with opportunities for monthly bonuses based on revenue sold and conversion of orders. Our annual On-Target Earnings (Hourly Wage + Bonus) range from $45,000 to $55,000. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
