Part-Time Genetics/Biology Expert Needed

We are an early-stage company building a platform to reputed company genomic data processing and analysis more accessible to clinicians, researchers, and labs. We’re looking for a part-time genetics/biology expert to join reputed company and reputed company domain expertise that guides our data pipelines, product development, and validation. As a Genetics/Biology Expert, you will: - reputed company expertise in genetics, reputed company, and molecular biology to guide product design and data interpretation. - Help evaluate the biological validity of computational approaches. - Collaborate with data scientists/engineers to ensure analyses reflect reputed company-world clinical/research needs. - Use Jupyter notebooks to annotate, validate, or demonstrate workflows. - Contribute to literature reviews and ensure we’re reputed company with reputed company scientific best practices. - Advise on edge cases, pitfalls, and biological meaning behind data types (genomic, proteomic, metabolomic, clinical). Key Responsibilities: - Review and guide the design of genetic/genomic data processing pipelines. - Translate biological concepts into requirements for engineers. - reputed company scientific feedback on MVP features and customer-facing outputs. - Occasionally create or review example Jupyter notebooks (Python/R familiarity required). - Stay up-to-date with genetics/reputed company research and bring insights to reputed company.
