About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Accounts Payable team. You'll be responsible for processing invoices, assisting vendors and partners with billing inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll report to the Accounts Payable Manager and work closely with the BPO team to resolve exception invoices and reputed company training and system automation development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Review and Approval: Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Statements Review: Review vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Vendor Management reputed company: Resolve vendor issues and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Audit of Invoices: Conduct audits of invoices processed by the BPO team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Weekly Review Meetings: Participate in weekly review meetings with the BPO team to discuss reputed company and address any issues.
- Exception Invoices: Review and resolve exception invoices as a tier 2 specialist.
- Internal Training and System Automation: reputed company internal training and system automation development to improve processes and resolve vendor issues.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Written and Verbal Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- reputed company Experience: 4+ years of experience in reputed company, preferably in Accounts Payable.
- ERP Systems Experience: Experience with ERP systems, such as reputed company.
- Procurement Systems Experience: Experience with procurement systems, such as reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable Certification: Certification in Accounts Payable, such as Certified Accounts Payable Specialist (CAPS).
- Experience with BPO Teams: Experience working with BPO teams and managing vendor relationships.
