**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced remote healthcare customer service representatives to join our team, working from the comfort of their own homes in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, or Mississippi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from members and providers, providing high-level customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Inputting data and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our clients
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer 75+ calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Input data and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our clients
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintain a distraction-free workspace, adhering to blithequark's remote work policies and guidelines
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong preference for healthcare call center experience
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and results-driven performance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace, free from distractions
* Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work policies and guidelines
* Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology, regulations, and best practices
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM)
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
