As a Senior Director, Corporate Development, you'll play a critical role in executing reputed company's reputed company to be a leading consolidator in drug delivery technologies. You'll work independently and in collaboration with internal reputed company to reputed company detailed economic analyses of new opportunities, reputed company deal concepts, and negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements. You'll also establish and maintain an extensive network of strong and trusting relationships with prospective collaborators, advisors, and industry investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed economic analyses of new opportunities, including market research, business intelligence, competitive analysis, development plans, reputed company forecasts, and NPV analyses
• Present business rationale, analyses, and proposals to senior executives and other stakeholders
• Coordinate the evaluation and diligence of new opportunities across multiple functional areas, including Research, Clinical, Regulatory, reputed company, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Intellectual Property

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of an advanced degree in Life Sciences or an MBA with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

• In-depth understanding of the drug discovery and development process
