As a remote worker with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, develop your skills, and contribute to our mission of excellence. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing, fixing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units/controls * Performing minor pipes and mechanical works for air conditioning systems and equipment, as required * Screening and examining central air plant/hardware, switches, valves, checks, alarms, safety devices, and meters to identify defects or glitches, and to ensure that equipment is working effectively and safely * Maintaining a clean and organized working area, and coordinating with other maintenance staff for smooth operations * Working with a variety of equipment, including PTAC A/C Units, VTAC A/C Units, Water Source Intensity Pump, Make Up Air A/C Rooftop Top Unit, Natural Air A/C Units, and Split A/C Units * Working with refrigeration equipment, including reach-in business fridges, reach-in business coolers, walk-in coolers and freezers, brew coolers, and ice machines * Understanding and working with chiller systems, cooling towers and pumps, evaporator systems, and water radiators * Having the ability to gather, install, test, and investigate air conditioning equipment * Having knowledge of air conditioning devices and instrumentation, including lock/tag out procedures, OSHA, and other air conditioning safety systems * Having the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues verbally * Having the ability to work independently and as part of a team **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 3 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration * A minimum of a specialized, technical, or professional certificate or degree * Air conditioning certification * A valid driver's license * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with the English language and the ability to speak, hear, read, and write **Work Setting and Physical Demands** This position requires the ability to work both inside and outside, and to perform tasks that involve: * Seeing differences between colors, shades, and textures * Hearing sounds and perceiving differences between them * Focusing on one source of sound and ignoring others * Using fingers to handle, move, or gather small items * Making fast and precise adjustments to machine controls * Determining the distance between objects * Changing body movements or equipment controls to keep up with speed changes of moving objects **Benefits and Perks** As a remote worker with blithequark, you will enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and a desire to work with a dynamic team at blithequark, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
