Our team of passionate professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving the adoption of our cloud solutions among our clients. You'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and address the technical needs of our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them get the most out of our products. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate the complexities of cloud computing, from designing and implementing cloud-based solutions to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements * Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets * Deliver product messaging for the blithequark Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance blithequark Cloud Platform effectiveness * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the blithequark Cloud/IT innovation space **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $25/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the cloud computing industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
