You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and process owners, to design and implement a robust data architecture that enables data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in data analytics, statistics, and machine learning will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement commercial enterprise needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions * Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data analytics, statistics, and machine learning * Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong communication and collaboration skills **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries * Bonus incentives * Assistance for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location) * Unrestricted access to international on-site online well-being facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career growth and education opportunities **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and growth.
