About blithequark and the Role

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and building customer loyalty. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
  • Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services.
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed.
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers.

We're looking for a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You take a deep interest in learning about your customers, business challenges, and industry trends. You enjoy the fast pace and urgency needed to manage incidents, and you have no problem juggling multiple priorities. Your empathy and communication skills make it possible for you to diffuse sensitive situations. You take real ownership of customer concerns and are driven to provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
  • Customer Service call center experience.
  • Previous collections experience.
  • Experience with selling products and services.

Compensation and Benefits

blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including:

The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
