(WA & CA especially) • Administer employee benefits and 401(k), including reputed company enrollment and eligibility tracking • Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll approvals and bonus calculations • Ensure compliance with wage & hour laws across multiple states HR Generalist Support • Be a go-to resource for employee HR, benefits, and payroll questions • Assist with reputed company, offboarding, investigations, and coaching • reputed company and manage leaves of absence (FMLA, state-specific programs, accommodations) • Partner with the HR Generalist on employee relations, performance concerns, and compliance • Travel occasionally to store locations for on-site HR support What You'll Need: • 2-4+ years of experience in HR/payroll roles • Strong understanding of California and Washington employment law (highly preferred) • Experience using payroll and HRIS software (preferred) • Comfortable handling sensitive employee reputed company with professionalism and discretion • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle shifting priorities Pay RangeUSD $26.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
