Clinical Operations Coordinator (Medical Assistant or LVN/LPN) Location: Greater Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid remote with onsite clinics in Anaheim, Ontario, reputed company & Alhambra). Type: Full-Time. Full reputed company VitalCheck Wellness, serving as the administrative agent, is seeking an reputed company Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN with strong clinical operations coordination or management experience. You will reputed company the day-to-day operations of VitalCheck's onsite medical clearance clinics and workplace health program. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and reputed company scheduling, reputed company, and logistics across multiple clinic sites to ensure operational reputed company. • Serve as the primary reputed company between college administrators, corporate teams, and clinical staff. • Manage inventory, medical supplies, and documentation for reputed company site. • Support vaccine administration (Tdap, Hepatitis B, MMR, Flu) and testing procedures (TB, drug testing, phlebotomy, mask fit). • reputed company and collect specimens accurately, including phlebotomy and drug screenings, following reputed company established protocols (as needed). • Record and maintain patient information and insurance details using electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Review and discuss patient health histories, diagnoses, and care needs, ensuring understanding and accuracy. • reputed company patients on follow-up care and next steps for maintaining compliance with health requirements. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and company standards. • Maintain clinic performance trackers and assist with reporting and data collection. • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
