As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to support our Canadian partners by preparing precise estimates, maintaining cost efficiency, and contributing to the reputed company of multiple high-value reputed company. Responsibilities • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid documents for Canadian residential, reputed company, and infrastructure reputed company. • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project scope, risks, and requirements. • Collaborate with Canadian project managers, engineers, and contractors to clarify details and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain up-to-date cost databases, pricing references, and supplier contacts relevant to the Canadian construction market. • Support value engineering initiatives by recommending cost-effective materials and reputed company to optimize project budgets. • Ensure compliance with Canadian building codes, industry standards, and best practices in reputed company estimating activities. • Contribute to the reputed company improvement of estimating processes, tools, and templates. • reputed company additional tasks and special reputed company as required to support project reputed company and reputed company needs.
