reputed company’s Compliance team supports compliance operations for reputed company Molina product lines reputed company wide. It is a centralized corporate function supporting compliance activities at individual state health plans. 

The Intern, Compliance will support the Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to internal policies, federal and state laws and regulations, and contractual requirements for government-sponsored reputed company programs. This role provides exposure to compliance operations, health plan operations, and regulatory requirements while contributing to reputed company that strengthen reputed company’s compliance reputed company. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:  

• Conducts regulatory research reputed company to government-sponsored reputed company programs, encompassing multiple lines of business and states. 

• Assists with preparation of compliance reports, presentations, and documentation for reputed company stakeholders. 

• Supports audits, risk assessments, and investigations as needed. 

• Participates in compliance training sessions and assist in developing training materials. 

• Maintains accurate records and organize compliance documentation 

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address compliance-reputed company inquiries 

• Performs other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned 

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Program.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, reputed company Policy, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field 
• Should be a freshman sophomore or junior 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher 
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the reputed company 
• reputed company to reputed company to the full-time, 10-week internship program from June 3 – August 1, 2026 
• Prior internship, volunteer work, or part-time employment in a reputed company setting 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) 
• Interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance 
• Ability to work independently and set priorities 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Coursework or certifications in reputed company Compliance, Risk Management, Health Law or Medical Ethics, reputed company Improvement or Patient Safety 

• reputed company toward or interest in obtaining a compliance-reputed company certification (CHC, CCEP, etc.) 

• Internship or work experience in a reputed company, compliance, or audit setting 

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations 

• Regulatory audit experience 

• Experience with Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) systems 

• Experience with Power BI
