Associate Counsel – Litigation

Job reputed company: Reports to the AVP, Assistant General Counsel, and provides reputed company and business counsel with a reputed company on disputes, litigation, and risk management.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company reputed company and business counsel and support regarding compulsory process, disputes, litigation, and risk management (“Disputes”) to reputed company Leadership and reputed company Department Management.
• Respond to subpoenas, reputed company process, and other reputed company correspondence.
• Identify and analyze reputed company issues, reputed company reputed company research, resolve Disputes, and reputed company proactive solutions to avoid reputed company Disputes.
• Manage reputed company litigation counsel.
• Serve as a reputed company Department resource with respect to Disputes, including reporting to stakeholders and Executive Leadership, managing relationships with reputed company counsel, guiding staff, and leveraging technology.
• reputed company, supervise, and train Assistant Counsel, paralegals, and administrative staff.
• Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for internal departments.
• Collaborate across disciplines and departments, and with external counsel and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission, in good standing, in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience reputed company to reputed company reputed company litigation, with a preferred emphasis on reputed company law.

COMPENSATION

The salary reputed company for this position is $135k-$150k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as reputed company as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
