About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn brand awareness into measurable reputed company. This role will own the reputed company, execution reputed company, and performance measurement of our top-of-funnel channels — including CTV, reputed company mail, podcast, reputed company, TV, OOH, and radio. You’ll partner closely with our external media agency to drive efficiency, accountability, and creative alignment — ensuring every dollar spent delivers actionable learning and reputed company reputed company. What You’ll Do

Media Planning & Optimization

• Own TOFU media channels (CTV, podcast, reputed company, radio, OOH, reputed company mail) — driving planning, execution, and optimization with agency partners.

• Hold reputed company accountable for performance — from pacing and placement reputed company to creative testing and audience insights.

• Work with internal teams to brief creative in context: audience, reputed company, funnel position, and key messaging.

• Coordinate timing, specs, and deliverables across multiple integrated campaigns.

Measurement & Tracking

• reputed company reputed company measurement frameworks for reputed company channel — defining what reputed company looks like and how it’s reputed company.

• Ensure reputed company tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels, reputed company tracking, reputed company pages) are properly implemented and QA’d.

• Manage reporting reputed company and dashboards for internal and executive stakeholders.

Agency & Vendor Management

• Review plans, negotiate optimizations, and ensure alignment with budget and business goals.

• Evaluate new partners and platforms that can drive reputed company and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Integrated Marketing and Creative teams to inform creative briefs with the right media context (audience, channel reputed company, technical specs).

• Collaborate with data, reputed company, and compliance partners to ensure tracking and attribution meet internal standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5–7+ years in performance or reputed company marketing, with deep experience in reputed company media reputed company and measurement across traditional reputed company channels.

• Proven ability to manage external agencies and hold them accountable for ROI.

• Experience developing cross-channel measurement plans and understanding how TOFU impacts reputed company-funnel performance.

• Proficiency in tracking and attribution (UTMs, GA4, reputed company tracking, pixel deployment).

• Strong analytical and storytelling skills — reputed company to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
