Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Beauty Advisor, providing voice and chat support to our clients. As a bilingual candidate (English and Spanish), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns and questions.
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and making recommendations to clients as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, and manager for support and personal development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, using our proprietary call center database (CSC) to document all client communications.
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry, with a strong focus on customer service and client support.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to multitask, reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to customers, with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm.
- Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations, with a positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude.
- Conscientious team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
