Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager (CPM) for the Media and Entertainment domain to lead and support transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. As a CPM, you will develop a long-term ProServe strategy and execute against that strategy within our Media and Entertainment vertical in the United States. You will be a trusted advisor for our customers, driving strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs. Your expertise will span business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation
- Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and platform bookings in the near term
- Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the blithequark account team (direct sales)
- Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, including executive sponsorship of programs
- Establish an internal network at blithequark, most notably with internal organizations critical to success, such as the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal
- Assume the role of strategic advisor and expert with deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the cloud ecosystem
- Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and blithequark ProServe business objectives
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of Media and Entertainment industry experience
- 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
- A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs
- Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
- A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations
- Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: content production, media supply chain, direct-to-consumer/streaming, customer data platform/audience monetization, and generative AI for Media and Entertainment workloads

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. We also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
