**Job Summary**
As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer technical requests or issues via chat, emails, social media, direct messaging, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming communications from customers, responding promptly and professionally to their queries and concerns.
* Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with the account Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and coordination with the team.
**Requirements**
* Completed senior high school or equivalent.
* At least 1 year or more customer service experience.
* Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
* Computer experience.
* Willingness to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna.
