Your key responsibilities will include: * **Customer Obsession**: Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. * **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. * **Communication**: Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner. * **Commitment Delivery**: Deliver on commitments, do what you say you will do, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. * **Probing Questions**: Ask probing questions to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. * **Problem Resolution**: Utilize online knowledge bases in real-time to ensure proper processes are followed and customers are satisfied. * **Task Execution**: Follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. * **Passion for Customer Experience**: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 proficiency). * **Technical Expertise**: Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation, including Office and Google Suite. * **Multitasking**: Ability to work in multiple online systems at once and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Flexibility**: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts to meet business needs. * **Experience**: Experience in a call center industry is preferred, but not required. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all.
