They are seeking an reputed company IT Platform Support Senior Advisor to take primary responsibility for the technical operational environment supporting their Reinsurance IT team, focusing on resolving technical issues and supporting business applications. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary platform support reputed company of contact for engaging partner IT teams, technical issue reputed company and response. • Serve as the primary IT team contact for platform and infrastructure change to support new reputed company, technical upgrades and enhancements, or reputed company changes. • Participate in reputed company team Agile ceremonies and contribute to team solution delivery including solution architecture and design, testing, and deployment. • reputed company reputed company hands-on support for departmental business applications where needed including software installation and product upgrades. • Serve as primary contact for IT SOX controls reporting.
