As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations and help ensure smooth, accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities -Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and payments across retail and e-reputed company platforms. -Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, merchant accounts, and payment processors (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company). -Monitor inventory transactions and cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure accuracy in reporting. -Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company) for management review. -Assist with sales tax filings and compliance across multiple states/reputed company. -Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes. -Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and year-end reputed company. -Maintain accurate, organized financial records and documentation.
