Project Coordinator – Remote (AI & Data Projects) Type: Part-time Contract | Remote (U.S. Based Applicants Only) Compensation: $45 – $80 per hour (USD) Duration: 6–12 months | Approx. 40 hrs per week | Start Date: Immediate About the Role NeonLabs is seeking experienced Project Coordinators to help manage complex, fast-moving technology and data projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional research and product teams to keep initiatives on track, improve quality, and drive clarity across large-scale operations supporting next-generation technology development. This fully remote role offers an opportunity to operate at the intersection of data, research, and project strategy—helping teams move quickly and execute with precision. Key Responsibilities (training support provided) • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects; maintain workflows and deliverables. • Lead or document weekly business-review meetings and cross-team updates. • Identify misalignments, perform root-cause analyses, and implement process improvements. • Develop and refine project documentation and standard operating procedures. • Collaborate across time zones to align priorities and timelines. • Manage data-driven tasks including tracking, reporting, and quality control. • Standardize onboarding and training for distributed project contributors. • Use advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills to monitor progress and KPIs. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ideal Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required (STEM or technical background preferred). • 2 + years of experience in project coordination or operations management. • Strong data-management skills (Excel, Sheets, SQL a plus). • Experience leading or supporting large distributed teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the United States. Compensation & Contract Terms • Rate: $45 – $80 per hour (USD) based on experience. • Type: Independent Contractor. • Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect. • Schedule: Flexible remote hours (approx. 40 hrs per week). • Duration: 6–12 months with potential extension.
