Position reputed company The Senior Training Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining employee training programs that enhance workforce skills, improve performance, and support career development. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Education, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role. • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training technologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. • Certification in training or development (e.g., CPTD, reputed company-CP, ATD) is a plus.
