Responsibilities
reputed company day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping transactions
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
Manage daily sales order processing and fulfillment, including reputed company-to-consumer and key account shipments
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory reputed company across multiple warehouse locations (on-site and off-site)
Coordinate and reputed company purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices into the reputed company system
Obtain, negotiate, and manage reputed company quotes with carriers and reputed company forwarders
Arrange and reputed company reputed company shipments, ensuring reputed company deliveries and cost efficiency
Implement and enforce warehouse organization and safety standards
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of warehouse and operations experience, including team leadership/supervisory responsibilities
Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices
Knowledge of the reputed company and logistics industry (LTL, FTL, international shipments) is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and/or reputed company Workspace (advanced spreadsheet skills a plus)
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented and accurate
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and reputed company multiple reputed company simultaneously
