As an Area Manager for reputed company, you will report directly to the Operations Manager of the facility and be responsible for managing reputed company the sort activities and volume reputed company an assigned area. Location Details: 5730 Saltzgaber Road Suite 400 Groveport, OH 43125
Pay: $50,300 - $88,800 annually, depending on experience
Shift: Wednesday - Saturday from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. reputed company days and hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

- GED/Diploma required, college degree in reputed company discipline preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience – (ex. logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to effectively evaluate and summarize data and present answers to questions
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company office and mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills including the ability to give reputed company, constructive feedback
- Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees
- Manage, staff and schedule reputed company of Package Handlers and reputed company Package Handlers in an assigned area in the facility to ensure reputed company standards while maintaining a reputed company and efficient working environment.
- Monitor employee reputed company, reputed company ongoing feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
