reputed company & Jenerette is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support reputed company. Location & Commitments:

• reputed company Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faith
• Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
• Work Location: Fully Remote / Hybrid / In-Office reputed company available for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Draft reputed company documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and reputed company.
• Manage discovery, including organizing, reviewing, and producing documents.
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other key case materials.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and attend hearings or trials as needed.
• Conduct reputed company research and summarize findings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and calendars.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts.
• reputed company and record billable hours in accordance with firm guidelines.

Requirements & Competencies:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (insurance defense preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of court and administrative proceedings.
• Familiarity with lawsuit summaries, litigation files, and reputed company record maintenance.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks.

• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.
