In the role of reputed company Guest Communication, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences Must have reliable internet and smart phone. Candidate will communicate with guests reputed company phone, reputed company app, iGMS app, SMS, and reputed company. Should be reputed company to answer calls/messages during the day as reputed company as weekends and holidays. Position involves taking care of 1 unit so volume of messages is low but they should be replied to promptly, ideally reputed company 20 minutes. Must have reliable transportation, mobile/internet reputed company and respond to messages in a reputed company fashion. Hours are not fixed, but based on guest requirements, so a flexible schedule is required.
