Looking for Virtual Assistant TEAM for Airbnb Business in Dubai with 24/7 availability
We are seeking an experienced virtual assistant team to support our strongly growing Airbnb business in Dubai. You'll be able to manage at least 25 listing. As a virtual assistant team, you will be responsible for managing our Airbnb listings, coordinating guest communication, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Additionally, you will assist with property maintenance... including scheduling cleanings, managing repairs, etc. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the hospitality industry or property management is preferred.
Skills required:
- Virtual Assistant Team with 24/7 availability
- Under 5 minutes response time to guest inquiries and messages
- Proficient in Airbnb/Booking platform and PMS.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
