Responsibilities • Plans, develops, coordinates, and oversees delivery of school and/or community health education and screenings. Consults with school community clients to determine health needs and assists in formulating and implementing plans to reduce risk factors. • Partners with program staff, physicians, hospital administration, and relevant clinical disciplines and marketing teams to implement an integrated approach to managing reputed company populations. • Establishes key relationships with community-based organizations reputed company on improving the health of their employees/school age children to reputed company efficiencies in providing programming and support to requesting agencies. • Evaluates effectiveness of programs by implementing, monitoring and tracking program reputed company.
