[Remote] Remote - Claims Adjuster – Automotive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Automotive to join their growing team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating vehicle repair costs while handling customer inquiries regarding coverage and claims. Responsibilities • Answering inbound calls • Provide information about claim processing and explain the different levels of contract coverage and terms • Accurately establish, review and authorize claims • Entering claim and contract information into the AGWS’ system Skills • 2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic within a service department, dealership, or independent shop • 2+ years of experience adjusting automobile mechanical claims • Must have a quiet designated work space to work from home • Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50mbps • Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • ASE certification is a plus Education Requirements • High school diploma Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a health savings account • 401(k) with up to 6% matching • Professional development and training • Promotion from within • Paid vacation and sick days • Eight paid holidays • Referral bonuses Company Overview • Founded in Dayton, Ohio in 1866, Reynolds and Reynolds is a leading provider of automobile dealership software, services, and forms to help dealerships deliver better results and transform the customer experience.
