EHS Senior Resource Global Audit and Governance

About the position Responsibilities • Serve as Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) PepsiCo Lead Auditor. • Provide pre-audit support and communications for all Global EHS Audit Stakeholders. • Attend calibration sessions and close out meetings during Global EHS audits to ensure consistency. • Act as liaison with the Site Team and Audit team for the duration of the audit. • Provide post-audit support and communication for Global EHS Audit Stakeholders. • Carry out Global EHS Governance Support Activities for EHS Standards. • Coordinate PepsiCo EHS standard document control and translations. • Build EHS Audit and Governance capability among internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a technical EHS or engineering discipline. • Three years of experience in EHS management in related industries such as consumer packaged goods, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or grocery. • Three years of experience in EHS Auditing and EHS Audit Execution. • Experience in development and delivery of training and presentations. • Familiarity with EHS Management systems and EHS International Standards (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018). • Experience in generating and reporting EHS KPIs (LTIR, SR, and RIR). • Management experience with EHS Audit Platforms (Enablon or similar system). • Experience working with multiple manufacturing, distribution, and transport operations. • One year of experience collaborating with multiple countries on EHS policies.
