This position focuses on processing prior authorizations and working with reputed company providers, insurance carriers, and patients to ensure reputed company approvals. Key Responsibilities • reputed company outbound and inbound calls to assist patients and reputed company providers. • Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. • Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits. • Partner with providers, pharmacies, and payers to obtain necessary documentation. • Accurately document reputed company interactions for compliance and auditing purposes. • Ensure reputed company cases are processed in a reputed company manner according to program guidelines. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and reputed company company policies. Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in medical benefits verification or prior authorization (required). • Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance claims, and authorization workflows. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask in a high-volume reputed company environment. • Must have high-speed internet (modem reputed company required; no hotspots). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
