About the position
In this position, you will be responsible for creating Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) for both recruitment and non-recruitment actions, while also maintaining their case files. You will reputed company job offers and ensure that the correct reputed company-employment paperwork is assigned. Additionally, you will facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) training and coordinate surveys of training needs, collaborating with HR Specialists for reputed company evaluation. You will be tasked with pulling reports and providing support to troubleshoot discrepancies, as reputed company as composing and preparing routine correspondence. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the reputed company deposit pay program.
• New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification reputed company.
