Assign appropriate E/M codes for inpatient encounters based on MDM and time-based documentation guidelines to ensure compliance and reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review documentation for inpatient consults, reputed company, and discharge notes.
• Apply correct E/M reputed company based on MDM or total time.
• Work with CDI and HIM teams to resolve documentation gaps.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of inpatient E/M and MDM logic.
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with CDI and hospital EMR systems.
