Social Media Manager & Content Creator

A company in the North Attleboro area is looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join their team. This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller who is an expert in building communities and producing engaging content. The ideal candidate is a digital native who is just as comfortable developing a high-level editorial calendar as they are editing a viral-worthy video. You will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, and strengthening our brand identity across all major social platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media editorial calendar aligned with our marketing campaigns, promotions, and industry events. • Create, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content, especially short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. • Design visually compelling graphics, thumbnails, and other creative assets for social media posts, stories, and advertisements. • Schedule, publish, and monitor daily content across all our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner, fostering a positive and interactive environment. • Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and other tools to provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. • Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and new content formats • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated campaign strategy.
