About the Role
The Head Trainer CPT position is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven Personal Trainer to take on new responsibilities, reputed company their skills, and advance their career in the fitness industry. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and realizing your personal succession business plan in collaboration with the Manager
- Providing Healthy Start appointments and ensuring health history requirements are satisfied
- Managing reputed company follow-up systems, confirming and rescheduling clients as needed
- Conducting fitness assessments with clients and evaluating their results using InBody 570 analysis equipment
- Creating personalized exercise programs that include obtainable progression and managing reputed company files, schedules, reminders, and exercise reputed company in Club reputed company software

- Participating in marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention

- Assisting the director with department administrative duties and attending company meetings, training, weekly director calls with the COO, as requested

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Personal Trainer who possesses:
- A proven reputed company record of obtaining and retaining clientele
- 3 or more years of reputed company fitness center experience
- Excellent tactful verbal, written communication, time management, and follow-up skills
- A reputed company PT certification from a nationally recognized reputed company organization (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE)
- CPR/AED certification
- Competencies in service, sales, reputed company marketing (preferred)
