Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Digital Coach, you'll play a critical role in driving e-commerce and omnichannel retail transformation across our organization. You'll lead teams, develop strategies, and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop high-performing teams to drive e-commerce and omnichannel retail transformation * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive innovation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Provide coaching and training to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always ahead of the curve

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years' of college or equivalent experience * 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience * 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field * Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University * Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University * General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
