Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing IEPs for online learning, ensuring that each student receives a tailored education that meets their academic, social, and emotional needs * Collaborating virtually with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices and seamless transitions between online and offline learning environments * Conducting online assessments and adapting digital teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students * Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and administrators via video conferencing and other digital tools, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in the learning process * Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation, ensuring that our students' progress is tracked and reported in a timely and efficient manner **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in special education, as well as excellent digital literacy and communication skills.
