About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Government - Court Management Solutions (CMS) division. As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers within the legal industry. You will leverage your technical expertise to contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our court management products, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide valuable technical expertise during solution design
  • Work closely with customers to gain insights into their specific challenges and deliver high-quality solutions that streamline court processes, optimize efficiency, and enhance overall user experiences
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct product demonstrations, and proficiently train customers in effectively utilizing our court management solutions
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring that our products consistently maintain their leading position within the legal landscape
  • Act as an integral member of the Solutions Architecture Team, evaluating and consolidating complex business requirements and preparing detailed functional specifications
  • Assist with developing cost estimates associated with integration, data migration, and reporting solutions
  • Manage low to medium-complexity projects with a low level of supervision

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in computer science or a related field, with experience in databases, SQL, Microsoft EXCEL, programming, RestAPI, and Azure. You should also possess knowledge of information technologies, including fundamental concepts, systems, and applications, as well as the ability to quickly assimilate the CMS enterprise application.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with databases, SQL, Microsoft EXCEL, programming, RestAPI, and Azure
  • Knowledge of information technologies, including fundamental concepts, systems, and applications
  • Prior knowledge of information systems, business administration, or records management, including coursework in workflow analysis, flow charting, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Broad knowledge of software and system data integration
  • Excellent communication (oral/written) skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams and customers in a diverse setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external and internal relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to meet integration objectives
  • Experience with project management, including managing low to medium-complexity projects with a low level of supervision
  • Experience with court management systems or other related software applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,900 - $100,100 per year, depending on experience and location.
