Key Responsibilities

As a Home Infusion Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
• Utilizing your clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
• Conducting one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners
• Participating in on-call rotation as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of work, with additional licensure potentially required in multi-state service areas
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience being an asset
• Current CPR certification
• A valid and current driver's license and car insurance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
