Compensation & Growth Path
This is an equity-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in Autheo. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 5 months, following our next round of funding and validator node sales.
POSITION: BLOCKCHAIN TEAM LEAD
Location: Remote
Reporting to: Chief Architect of Blockchain and Ecosystem (PhD in Computer Engineering and Blockchain and Specialist in Blockchain Security)
As Blockchain Team Lead, you will drive the development and deployment of Autheo’s blockchain infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability. Reporting to the Chief Architect of Blockchain and Ecosystem, you will lead a team of developers, optimize decentralized technologies, and oversee dApp and smart contract deployment. Your role will be critical in executing key launch phases, including the Build on Autheo Program (January), Node Sale & Bug Bounty (February), Public Token Sale (March), Exchange Listings (April), and Platform Launch (June).
Responsibilities:
Blockchain Development & Security
- Lead design, development, and deployment of dApps and smart contracts on Autheo.
- Oversee blockchain protocol implementation, ensuring security and performance.
- Conduct smart contract audits, applying cryptographic best practices.
- Perform integration and performance testing to optimize network scalability.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers, ensuring best practices.
- Work closely with the Chief Architect to align development with ecosystem goals.
- Collaborate with EVP Programming, DevOps, security engineers, and full-stack developers for seamless deployment.
Ecosystem Growth & Security
- Support Autheo’s expansion into EVM, Cosmos SDK, and Layer-1/Layer-2 integrations.
- Implement Decentralized Cloud and Decentralized Identity (DID) solutions.
- Oversee node deployment, validator onboarding, and token issuance security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in blockchain, dApp, and smart contracts deployment.
- Strong leadership with a track record of managing development teams.
- Proficiency in smart contract best practices, security, cryptographic principles, and audits.
- Expertise in performance and integration testing on blockchain networks.
- Background in full-stack development for Web3 integrations.
- Proficiency in full-stack development for Web3 integrations and decentralized applications.
- Strong grasp of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and tech stack implementations.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Cosmos SDK, EVM, Decentralized Cloud, and Decentralized Identity (DID).
- Experience with Decentralized Cloud infrastructure and Decentralized Identity (DID) frameworks.
- Understanding of Web2 - Web3 Integration.
