About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Technical Designer to help create an ambitious, multi-platform AAA game. Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your Unreal Engine expertise to guide and mentor other designers, enhancing their technical proficiency and rigor by promoting best practices.
• Proactively identify and implement workflow and tool improvements to streamline our design process.

• Develop robust, maintainable content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint, ensuring that our games are of the highest quality and meet our standards of excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine (especially Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems), with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to create innovative and engaging game experiences.
• A strong understanding of 3D math fundamentals, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex design challenges.
• Proficiency in programming with C++, with experience in using this language to develop games and other interactive applications.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a technical design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality games and game-related projects.
• Experience in shipping at least one title using Unreal Engine, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with game development.
