At blithequark, we are committed to innovation, diversity, and inclusion, and we strive to create a work environment that is supportive, challenging, and rewarding for our employees. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting a variety of data, including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more, into our user interface. You will work closely with our team to analyze documents, research data sources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package. **Responsibilities** * Analyze documents to identify relevant data to add into our FACIS database * Conduct additional research as necessary about the source, including contacting the data authority for guidance on how to interpret documents * Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation * Articulate data transformation processes clearly and effectively * Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary * Work independently with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance * Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue * Collaborate with the team to provide on-time results and meet pressing deadlines and expectations **Required Skills and Abilities** * Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects * Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results * Quick learning ability and ability to adjust priorities throughout the day * Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products * Strong critical thinking skills and ability to inspect work for flaws * Ability to test new methods thoroughly and prioritize excellence **Education and Experience** * High School diploma or GED equivalent * Must be at least 18 years of age * Health care industry experience is a plus * Experience in data entry and comparison is preferred **Benefits** * Amazing medical, dental, and vision plans * Generous Paid Time Off * 11 Company Paid Holidays per year * Short-Term and Long-term Disability & company paid Life Insurance * 401(k) Plan with generous Company Match (100% vesting from day 1) * Tuition Reimbursement Program **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic work environment that is supportive, challenging, and rewarding.
