Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and scan incoming inventory using handheld devices and scanners

• Pick customer orders from inventory and prepare them for packing

• Pack and label shipments with care and attention to detail

• Ensure product accuracy and handle merchandise with care

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area

• Follow safety protocols and participate in daily safety briefings

• Work in fast-paced environments while meeting performance targets

• Operate material handling equipment (if certified or trained on-site)

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for up to 10 hours a day

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature may vary)

• Able to understand and adhere to all safety and quality guidelines

• Must have basic English literacy and numeracy skills

Experience

• No prior experience necessary – training will be provided

• Previous warehouse, retail, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities

• Day shifts, night shifts, weekend shifts, and overtime options available

• Shift options may vary by location (typically 8-10 hour shifts)
