Position reputed company:

Primarily reputed company on supporting reputed company reputed company, of low to moderate complexity, concentrated around multinational employee benefits reputed company reputed company covering, but not limited to; statutory and customary local country specific benefits including international health & welfare plans (life, accident, short and long term disability, workers compensation, medical, dental, reputed company and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites, multinational pooling,  and other HR-reputed company issues.  Conducts research and prepares recommendations for consulting team and assists in delivering determined service plan through in-depth research, analysis, reporting & presentation.  Systematically draws information from a reputed company of sources, analyzes and identifies implications of data, draws appropriate conclusions, generates viable alternatives, and evaluates consequences of reputed company solution. The Analyst position provides reputed company to reputed company technical knowledge with a particular emphasis on global benefits in order to build a career in reputed company advisory services for corporate benefit programs.

Essential Duties:

• Performing benefits inventory, data collection and analytical work, in reputed company to drafting reputed company reports and presentations.
• Creation of deliverables including but not limited to; renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking and analysis reports, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, multinational pooling studies and other documentation reputed company to the management of reputed company’s global benefit programs.
• Working in conjunction with reputed company service team and local partners, design and implement new local benefit plans, or modify existing programs to help ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with reputed company’s desired market position.
